TaylorMade-adidas Golf 2015 Players Club Winter Apparel Prize Draw OFFICIAL RULES Welcome to the 2015 Players Club Winter Apparel Prize Draw. By entering the draw you agree to be bound by the following rules
1. ELIGIBILITY: This prize draw is open to members of the Taylormade online Players Club only. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter (as defined below), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw are not eligible. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. As the entry process is via the internet your standard internet providers charges may apply and any standard rate for any postal communications may apply. 2. HOW TO ENTER You need to reply to the tweet announcing the competition on @adidasgolfEU Twitter handle, using the phrase “#playwhennooneelsewill” by doing this in full you will be entered into the prize draw. By replying to this you are automatically entered. By replying you are allowing adidas to reply to you from the @adidasgolfEU Twitter account. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter or any other social media platform. Only one entry per person, per Twitter handle, is permitted. 3. DURATION OF PRIZE DRAW: The prize draw period is from 8:00 on 1st October 2015 to 24:00 on 4th October 2015. Entries received after this time will not be counted. The Twitter website database clock will be used as the official timekeeper for the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or received by the Promoter due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind. 4. THE WINNER A winner will be chosen by a random draw of all the tweet entries received during the prize draw period. The draw will be supervised by an independent person and will occur within 7 days of the close of the Prize draw period ("Draw Date"). 5. PRIZE The winner will receive: • 1 x Waterproof Jacket • 1 x Waterproof Trousers • 1 x Climaheat Layering Top/Jacket • 1 x adidas bobble hat • 1 x adidas Layering Baselayer . 6. NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) 7 days after the prize draw has been made and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. The winner has 14 days to accept their [prize by notifying the promoter and also providing their size for the garments comprising the prize and a postal address to which the prize may be sent. If a winner does not accept within in the time period mentioned above and in the manner mentioned above, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. This will only be repeated twice if needs be. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 7 days of the winner accepting the prize. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter, details are set out below within 14 of days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw. 7. GENERAL LEGAL BITS The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. Any communication or information transmitted to the Promoter by e-mail, via twitter.com or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Twitter.
Entry must be made by the entrant. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial promotion subscription notification and/or entering service websites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this prize draw. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the prize draw, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by Promoter, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to promoter’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Promoter shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the prize draw or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the prize draw. The Promoter assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
The prize winner shall be solely responsible for all taxes they may incur in being awarded the prize (if any).
