Marcus Fraser lands biggest win of his career

Marcus Fraser won the European Tour’s Ballantine’s Championship on Sunday, carding a final-round 69 to finish 12 under and four shots ahead of the field. This was the 31 year old Australian's second win on the European Tour following his victory at the Russian Open in 2003.

“I have had so many chances to win in seven years and you just don't know if it is going to be your day, and it was. I just can't believe it."

The tournament had been reduced to 54 holes after fog held up play for six hours on the first day. Fraser currently ranks 17th in the Race to Dubai, earning €367,500 with his win in Korea. Fraser played the new TaylorMade R9 SuperTri,
which was the number one driver at the event
with 31 in play.
