Player Biography:

Andres Romero, born in Yerba Buena, Argentina, shot to fame in 2007 following a exciting challenge for the Open Championship in Carnoustie where he shot a final round 67 to finish one shot off the play-off. Romero then went on, the week after, to win the The Deutsche Bank Players’ Championship of Europe climbing from 114th in the world rankings into the top 50. He has also enjoyed a successful and consistent 2008 which included his first win on the US PGA Tour when he won the Zurich Classic.
