On International Women’s Day we’re celebrating the women of Team TaylorMade who make it possible for our brand to deliver the best performing equipment to golfers across the world.

"As the eCommerce Merchandising Specialist, I am responsible for the setup and product merchandising on TaylorMade's Canadian website. Working closely with eCommerce team, digital and brand teams, I facilitate growth for our DTC content creation."

From EDI order transmission and delivery of shipments to sales planning and sell-through trend analysis, I work with many different teams to ensure that our business with Canada’s largest account is smooth and successful."

“I liaise with our corporate customers and golf club venues with all their personalisation needs. One day I could be working with an account on logo golf balls and the next adding a personal touch onto golf bags. My day-to-day varies and it’s such a unique role where I get to speak to a variety of accounts from across Europe.”

“Today’s the day you’ll be able to put a face to the TaylorMade European Social channels, if you’ve slid into our DM’s you’ve more than likely been talking to me. My role differs on a regular basis whether it’s posting across social, engaging our consumer database or working with our Tour department with athlete activations I feel very lucky to be in this position.”

“I’ve been working at TaylorMade for 9 years and I’ve been able to develop my role into what it is today. Being David Silvers, VP, Managing Director EMEAP executive assistant, my role varies on a regular basis and that’s the aspect that I love. Managing travel, events and staff engagements here in Europe is an area that’s fast paced and always moving. But it’s great!

“I get to work on exciting projects each day in the delivery of marketing campaigns. This could be providing in-store visuals, print graphics or digital content to engage the end consumer. I’ve only been in the role less that 6 months, but it’s an exciting team to be apart of and I can’t wait to work on some of the upcoming projects we have in the pipeline.”

“My main focus is supporting retailers promoting our brand across the South of Europe to help them drive sales to consumers in the best way possible. From taking over retailer’s areas with custom graphics, plan marketing calendars and activations around majors, or organise clients events, my day-to-day job is never the same with new opportunities every day.”
