RETURNS POLICY

Relating to online purchases from TaylorMade Golf

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to change your mind about most products you have purchased online. For more details about your statutory rights, please refer to clause 8 in our Terms and Conditions Of Sale. This returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt. Please call us at +44 (0)800 0724 692 or email consumerenquiries@taylormadegolf.com to obtain pre-paid return postage label(s). 

All returned item(s) must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, and we will not accept returns for the following: Custom-built golf clubs, personalised golf balls, and personalised accessories (unless there is a manufacturing defect.) All returns will be inspected prior to the credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip, which was included with your purchase, without the Packing Slip we cannot identify and verify your purchase.

Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email (if provided) once we've processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders where you have not followed the process outlined above. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
